Dealer Application

 

Dealers must meet all the following requirements for account creation--NO EXCEPTIONS.

New wholesale account requirements:

  1. Dealers must have a retail store/showroom with regular store hours.
  2. Dealers must provide proof of existing business (copy of business license, photos of store, copies of yellow page advertisements, etc.).
  3. Dealers must provide industry references or suppliers.

If you meet all our requirements, please follow the procedures below to setup a wholesale account.

Dealer Application Procedure:

  1. Fill out the form below to create an account.
  2. Download and fill out the Dealer Application.
  3. Fax, mail or email the application and proof of business to us for approval.

  5. Once your application has been approved you will be notified via email.

How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  Warranty period begins on date of delivery. We have a 6 month warranty on all BL (brushless) motors, controllers, throttles, chargers, battery bags or bike racks, and a 60-day warranty on all BD (brushed) motors, controllers, throttles, chargers, battery bags or bike racks. There is NO WARRANTY on battery packs, since we have no way of verifying customer misuse vs. manfacturing defects. We do not charge a restocking fee on returns nor on exchanges. We will not be responsible for shipping on any returns. An RA (Return Authorization) number is required for all returns.
When will my order ship?
  Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time of purchase for shipping. If an item you order is on backorder, we will wait until that item is in stock before we ship your order unless otherwise specified. We will not charge your credit card until all items are in stock. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
