PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PAGE CAREFULLY. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION BEFORE CREATING AN ACCOUNT ON OUR WEBSITE. ANY ACCOUNTS OR ORDERS CREATED PRIOR TO DEALER AUTHORIZATION WILL BE DELETED.

Dealers must meet all the following requirements for account creation--NO EXCEPTIONS.

New wholesale account requirements:

  1. Dealers must have a retail store/showroom with regular store hours.
  2. Dealers must provide proof of existing business (copy of business license, photos of store, copies of yellow page advertisements, etc.).
  3. Dealers must provide industry references or suppliers.

If you meet all our requirements, please follow the procedures below to setup a wholesale account.

  1. Fill out the form below to create an account.
  2. Download and fill out the Dealer Application.
  3. Fax, mail or email the application and proof of business to us for approval.
