This is an extension cable for recumbent bicycles.  It is plugged into the battery with a cable length of 4 feet.  This moves up all the wiring from the controller to the motor.

This two-conductor cable works only on the BRUSH-ED motors.  BRUSH-LESS motors are three-conductor.
