Wholesale Account Info

New wholesale account requirements:
1. Dealers must have a retail store/showroom with regular store hours.
2. Dealers must provide proof of existing business (copy of business license, photos of store, copies of yellow page advertisements, etc.).
3. Dealers must provide industry references or suppliers.

If these requirements can be met, please follow the procedure below to setup a wholesale account.

Dealer Application Procedure:
1. Fill out the form below to create an account.
2. Download and fill out the New Wholesale Account form.
3. Fax, mail or email the application and proof of business to us for approval.
